We make use of an integrated system within Shopify to handle our Fulfilment service. In doing so, we have negotiated competitive rates and ensured an easy checkout experience for you. All you have to do is enter your postal code on checkout and you will get a rate automatically. A tracking number will be given to you by our Store Manager.
All orders placed before 15:00 will be collected same day. Deliveries to major centres will take place the next business day. Regional areas take between 2 - 3 business days.
Orders placed after 15:00 will ship the next business day.
Thanks to the wonders of integration, once a tracking number is generated and your parcel collected, you will receive an email with all the details as well as a one-click link to our website so you are kept up to date on the delivery of your parcel.
Once orders have left our store, we cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries.
Once you have a tracking number, all communication on tracking, delivery time, etc, must be done with Dawn Wing directly.
When applicable, Free shipping is limited to a maximum of 2KG.
